Building the employer's brand in Russia

Meeting of Moscow International Business Association's PR Club was held today at RIA Novosti. The roundtable discussion was about building the employer's brand in Russia.

Although internal communications practices are nearly the same, the different ways in which they were implemented at the four companies considered (the hosting news agency, two banks with foreign capital and a restaurant chain), the particularities were of great interest to the 20+ participants.

The roundtable is best summed up with two quotes by the moderator Alexander Borisov, Director General, MIBA:

"A brand attracts not by its commonly expressed values but rather by its uniqueness."

"Diversity of employees makes a company unique."
